Bishop of Nashville Will Refuse Diploma to Students Who Opt Out of ‘Erotic’ Sex Ed Classes

Just last week there were eulogies in the Catholic media for the oldest bishop of the U.S., Peter Gerety of Newark, NJ, who died at 104. He was the bishop who threatened our good friend, the late Father Paul Wickens, with censures, if he did not use the scandalous diocesan sex ed program in his parish school. Father Wickens was forced to leave his parish and open a traditional Mass chapel in my home town of West Orange, NJ. Will any of the parish priests in Nashville oppose this outrage and take the path of justice in defense of our Catholic youth and the rights of their parents to be the primary educators of their children as the Church teaches?
