		<description>I think this is one of the nicest things I have ever seen done. The whole idea is what should happen in towns. By recognizing our oldest citizens hopefully we should learn from them and become better persons and Americans. And look at Br. Francis--he is the happiest person I have seen. Please thank him for this gracious acceptance of this award. And thank you for posting this; it broadcasts a lot of hope!
