This wonderful — and FAITHFUL — Bishop will be rewarded, I’m sure. This parallels the story of another Bishop, Bishop O’gara, who underwent similar trials in China, first, being placed under arrest by the Japanese during WWII and threatened with death, then under the Chinese communists, under Mao, he was arrested and threatened with death again. But lived to come back to the U.S. and lived until his death in New Jersey in 1968. Bishop O’gara related that when he and others were sent to “re-education” camps, the first thing they were “taught,” was not Marxism, or Stalinism, but EVOLUTION!
