Iowa Supreme Court Unanimous in Favor of Same-Sex “Marriage”

Another judicial fiat, this time from Des Moines, the city of “the monks.”

Catholic Culture reports: The supreme court of Iowa, in a unanimous April 3 ruling, has found that the state’s law restricting marriage to male-female couples is unconstitutional, and ordered the recognition of same-sex marriage beginning April 24. Iowa would thus become the 4th US state to authorize same-sex marriage, following Massachusetts, California, and Connecticut– in every case, as a result of a court order rather than a legislative vote.
