Let the Homosexual ‘Couple’ Stew, But What About Half the ‘Catholic’ Parishioners Who Support Them

Bishop Warfel of Great-Falls/Billings Montana cares more for the Holy Sacrament of the Altar, Christ Our Lord, than he cares about accommodating a public scandal by giving the Body of Christ to two disordered men who think that they are ‘married’ and are living publicly in a state of unnatural vice. These men, for some diabolical reason, want to receive Communion — and they are active in their parish — and they have lots of ‘Catholic’ supporters. I hope that the bishop does not surrender, and I am certain that he will not, from what I’ve read.

National Catholic Register, Matt Archbold: A parish in Montana is terribly divided over the decision the pastor made to refuse Communion to two men who were recently civilly married.

This is one of the predominant issues of our time and I think we’ll be hearing more stories like it in the near future. Bishop Michael Warfel of the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings reportedly said after speaking with parishioners about the issue that “there obviously is polarization.” More about this here.
