I recently read here that my home state may finally elect a pro-life governor, and a Catholic. Chris Christie is ahead in the polls over the current pro-abortion Democratic governor, Jon Corzine. This could be why the Trenton Times is so upset that Catholic bishops should make such a fuss about the one issue of abortion. Maybe the sleeping giant is waking up in Jersey. We shall see.
