(CWN) Archbishop Gérald Lacroix of Quebec, the primate of Canada, has told a Canadian newspaper that when he met with Pope Francis on June 26, the Pontiff said that “Quebec must rise again.”
Archbishop Lacroix recounted that the Pope said, “Ah, Quebec! Land of missions, a land that has known many great missionaries!”
