Resisting the Zeitgeist, Holy See Opposes Decriminalizing Homosexuality

According to CWN:

“Archbishop Celestino Migliore, the Holy See’s permanent observer at the United Nations, has criticized a proposed UN declaration, backed by all 27 European Union nations, to condemn discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Supporters of the declaration, which will be presented to the UN later this month, hope that it will be a step towards the worldwide decriminalization of homosexual activity. In view of the impending declaration, the parliament of Burundi voted to criminalize homosexual acts. Catholics make up 67% of Burundi’s population.”

Good news.
