Saint Fidelis of Sigmaringen (1622)

He was a former lawyer who joined the Capuchins. He tried to convert to the Catholic Faith for the sake of their salvation the people of Switzerland who had lost the Faith during the Protestant Reformation. Saint Fidelis was so successful in bringing lapsed Catholics and Protestants back to the Faith that his enemies in Switzerland grew furious. They stabbed him to death.
