Saint Priscilla (First Century)

Saint Priscilla was the hostess of Saint Peter when he went to Rome in the year 42. It was at her house that the Chair of Saint Peter was first set up in Rome. She was the mother of Saint Pudens, a Roman senator, whose wife, Saint Claudia, an English girl, was also heroic in her holiness. Their children, four of them, are saints: Saint Pudentiana, Saint Praxedes, Saint Novatus and Saint Timothy–two daughters and two sons-all grandchildren of Saint Priscilla.
