Michael Voris, reporting on location, speaks of the current effort to legalize contraception in the Philippines. Sadly, much of the pressure to do this comes from the United States. As Father Michel Rodriguez has pointed out, it’s not “religious liberty” that will salvage our corrupt society, but Catholic truth.

But what about across the Pacific .. in the United States .. that gifted the world widespread use of contraception back during the sexual revolution of the 1960’s .. there is only one remedy for the collapse of a culture .. and that is Catholic teaching. Catholic teaching is the only thing that upholds the dignity of the person from womb to tomb. If Catholics in America .. including the leaders .. can find the vigor to announce this convincingly .. then there might still be hope for the west.
