Vietnam’s Archbishop Under Virtual House Arrest

Hanoi, Oct. 1, 2008 (CWNews.com) – In an escalating battle with government officials in Hanoi, Archbishop Joseph Ngo Quang Kiet is now under virtual house arrest.
