Press Release: New Web Site for Saint Benedict Center Conference

» Note: Skip to update (added 3/16/2007).

On March 1, 2007, the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary launched a new web site. The site, at http://www.sbcconference.com/, promotes their annual Saint Benedict Center Conference, which is part of the Order’s missionary and educational apostolate. Details of conference dates, speakers, and venue are on the site now. It is expected to expand soon to include other offerings.

Said Brother Maximilian Maria, M.I.C.M., who is overseeing the new project, “We expect that the site will generate a great deal of interest in the Conference. We especially hope that priests and religious from all over the country will see the site and join us in Nashua this August. We want this year’s event to be a high-water mark in our Conference’s eleven-year history.”

He added that, “The Conference requires a great deal of planning and preparation for our small apostolate. It’s almost the same amount of work if two people or two thousand show up. We would like to see closer to two thousand.”

Mr. Joseph Bryan, of Richmond, New Hampshire, is building the new site.

» Update: The Order urgently requests links to http://www.sbcconference.com as part of their grass-roots effort to promote the conference. Saint Benedict Center is trying to build bridges, to win new friends, to spread the Crusade, and grow support for its two-fold mission to restore Catholic orthodoxy and convert America to the one, true Church.

Said the Prior: “All you web masters get busy!”
