Catholic Culture: Bishop John Tong of Hong Kong has announced that 3,400 catechumens will be baptized at the Easter Vigil. The Church in Hong Kong has experienced higher numbers of conversions: the number of adult converts has risen from 2,000 per year in recent years to 3,040 last year. 356,000 of Hong Kong’s residents are now Catholic– approximately 5% of the population.
