When you read this story your heart will bleed for Anna Eicher. Such natural virtue in the face of so much suffering is a cause for wonder. When we pray for those whom we do not know, keep Anna Eicher in mind — I should rather say “for those whom we do know,” because after reading of her tragedies one cannot help but to “know” her. May Our Mother, Comfortress of the Afflicted, bring this woman to the true Faith and union with her Divine Son.
