What an unworthy successor to the great General Peter Pace. Mullen wants to lift the prohibition barring open homosexuals from serving in the armed forces. 1050 generals and admirals oppose him. They’ve sent an open letter to the president asking him not to trash the “Don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. Bad enough women are serving in the front lines, but at least their barracks are separate. Is Mullen ignorant? No. He knows perfectly well what could happen if two openly homosexually attracted men lose their inhibition in a barrack. The conspiracy rolls on.
