The following is a Catholic Action League of Massachusetts member advisory…
On Saturday, October 12, 2024, Catholic Action League Executive Director C. Joseph Doyle will address the Annual Saint Benedict Center Conference in Richmond, New Hampshire.
Doyle’s talk is entitled The Triumph of Tradition. He will discuss one of the few positive signs in today’s Church—the expanding movement for the restoration of the traditional Catholic Faith and for the revival of the immemorial Latin Mass.
Doyle will explain how this movement is continuing to flourish despite, in some measure—ironically—because of, the opposition of Pope Francis.
He will also contrast the Pontiff’s unsuccessful efforts at the suppression of a now mature and burgeoning traditionalism with the near total proscription of the ancient liturgy in the years after Vatican II.
The Conference, which will showcase eight speakers, will be held on Friday, October 11th and Saturday, October 12th at the Saint Benedict Center, at 95 Fay Martin Road in Richmond.
Doyle’s talk will be at 4pm on Saturday the 12th. At 7:30 pm, following dinner, there will be a panel discussion and a question and answer session featuring all the speakers.
The Master of Ceremonies will be the popular national radio host, Mike Church, of the Crusade Channel.
