New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is backtracking after facing national criticism and calls to resignover his comments that pro-life people “have no place”in the state. Cuomo now says it’s “fine” if pro-life people live in New York and he blamed his insensitive comments on the New York City media.
Did he say what follows or did he not? If not, then he ought to sue the Washington Post for libel. If he did say what follows (and I doubt the Post would put his words in quotes if he did not), then face-up Cuomo, and don’t shift blame like a coward. You are what you are Gonernor, a pro-abort and bogus Catholic, who cannot even be honest about your religion, claiming to have it when you reject it. Admit it, if you have any moral understanding of truth. If you have no ability to speak as you think, then why on earth do you assume a position of leadership for New Yorkers? You are a politician, like all the rest of your ilk, and you have no respect for true statesmanship. Like pro-abort Camille Paglia insists, be honest about your beliefs. She, at least, admits abortion kills a human being. And she is honest enough to admit it, and pathetically justify it.
