I don’t know very much about Thomas More Kim Dae-Jung. But one must admire a political figure that publicly forgave his enemies, even those from a military court that passed a death sentence upon him, and who wasn’t afraid to declare openly: “With the knowledge that Jesus was crucified for humanity, I could overcome all hardships and trials.” May he rest in peace.
