Rorate Caeli: The Agenzia Nazionale Stampa Associata reported last Friday that the 81-year-old Fr. Stefano Manelli, founder and first Minister General of the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate, was forbidden from going to Frigento (Avellino) on May 1 in order to visit the grave of his parents and to celebrate Mass.
