Land Available on Our Street: Four Building Lots of Various Acreage

There are four lots, ranging in size from 40.29 to 54.18 acres, on the other side of the street from Saint Benedict Center in Richmond, New Hampshire, the publishers of Catholicism.org. This is a rural area, and these lots have potential for farming or homesteading.

The mortar board symbol on the map shows Saint Benedict Center’s location. All the lots front our street, Fay Martin Road.

You can see all four listings at a glance on Zillow, or you can look at the individual listings here:

  1. 54.18 for $125,000
  2. 40.71 acres for $135,000
  3. 40.29 acres for $199,500
  4. 40.45 acres for $225,000

The inequality of price-per-acre on the different lots probably has something to do with wetlands, buildable area, better location on road, incline on the hill, etc. Besides the real potential for farming or homesteading on these lots, if you move here, you’d have very Catholic neighbors on the top of the hill!
