It would be hard to believe that this nominee would have been chosen had she not given some indication that she would support Roe v Wade. As far as her record dealing with cases related to the abortion issue, news sites (beliefnet and others) are highlighting that she ruled against pro-abortion litigation in those cases, of which there were two:
First, in Center for Reproductive Law and Policy v. Bush, she actually ruled against the pro-choice group on Constitutional grounds.
Second, in Amnesty America v. Town of West Hartford, she ruled in favor of the rights of anti-abortion protestors.
