This is a thundering pastoral letter blasting homosexual activism and condemning the unnatural vice of homosexual acts. Bishop Thomas Tobin was also one of the first U.S. prelates to name the names of pro-abortion “Catholic” politicians and call their reception of the Holy Eucharist sacrilegious. I believe that Rhode Island is the most Catholic state in the country percentage-wise. Will the faithful respond and rally behind their shepherd? God bless Bishop Tobin.
