Veterans Administration Encouraging Suicide for Disabled Soldiers

The movie Mash began with the song “Suicide is Painless” playing that same line for refrain. I never saw the movie but I watched the Youtube clip that accompanies this very painful news item.  It is a diabolical piece of seduction being hoisted on our heroic veterans, whose physical disabilities do not make them “burdens.”   But this is the sick sugar-coated misinformation that is being disgracefully feed to those who inspire us by their sacrifice, which we would not appreciate as much if they were not “present.”  The second video in the clip I’ll link you to has a picture of a Marine in full uniform carrying a veteran during some honorary ceremony; it’s wrenching — and it says it all.  God help those who consider these disabled soldiers dispensable  burdens.  God help those who would encourage such thoughts in their sensitive minds under the lying pretext of “compassion.”

The American Catholic reports: As the Wall Street Journal reports here, the Veteran’s Administration is providing seriously wounded veterans with a pamphlet entitled “Your Life, Your Choices“, which encourages veterans to refuse treatment and die.  Full article here.
