CWN reports: Two priests were savagely beaten on July 26 in the northern Vietnamese city of Vinh. One of them– Father Peter Nguyen The Bin– was beaten into a coma, then thrown from a hospital window. The perpetrators, according to a statement from the Diocese of Vinh, were police and gangs acting on the police’s behest.
