This is interesting. If one quits Scientology and writes a book about negative experiences in the organization, the “church” thinks it can sue you and your publisher for libel.
Catholic Online reports: The Church of Scientology in Italy has announced it is initiating legal proceedings against the Daughters of St. Paul and Maria Pia Gardini, a Catholic author who was formerly a Scientologist and has returned to the Catholic Church. Read more here.
