This is a ghoulish moral abomination:

The Order directs policy recommendations to protect IVF access and aggressively reduce out-of-pocket and health plan costs for such treatments.

Just why is expanding access to IVF a ghoulish moral abomination? Here is an explanation in less than three minutes (courtesy of choice42.com):
Here is a longer explanation (about 45 minutes) in the form of an interview I did with Mike Church when our new Catholic Vice President spoke approvingly (and foolishly) of the practice:

Reconquest Episode 434: What’s Wrong with IVF?
This is not a moral gray area. It is clear. Poorly formed Catholics need to be instructed on the matter, and it should not take long. There is nothing arcane or difficult to understand about it.
Society needs well formed Catholics to be very loud and visible about this. It would be criminal for us to remain silent.
To those Catholic “social conservatives” who have been uncritical cheerleaders for the new administration: It’s time to beat your pom poms into boxing gloves (cf. Isaias 2:4). Some prudent and zealous pugilism — of the spiritual and rhetorical sort, of course — is clearly in order.
