Corunum Apologetic Website is dedicated to the defense of Catholic doctrines within Patristic thought. The Catholic rule of faith consists of three coordinate and complementary authorities: Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition and the teaching Church. The Church Fathers embraced both Scripture and Tradition not so much as two independent sources of apostolic data but more so as two different means or modes of transmitting the entire Apostolic heritage.

The Center for Scientific Creation Have you ever wondered about the evidence for creation and against evolution? Have you ever considered the possibility that the earth is less than 10,000 years old? Was there a worldwide flood during Noah’s lifetime? Where did the water come from? Where did it go? How accurate is radiocarbon dating? What dating techniques indicate that the earth is young? How were fossils formed? What caused the frozen mammoths of Siberia and Alaska? What about the dinosaurs?

The Center for Scientific Creation is a non-profit organization located in Phoenix, Arizona, dedicated to the research of the origins of humankind as well as the questions listed above. (Note: this is not a Catholic site, but the issue of Creation vs. Evolution is a Catholic issue. We have used Dr. Brown’s book, In the Beginning: Compelling Evidence for Creation and the Flood here at the Center for some time now.)

The Catena Aurea — This is a “Golden Chain” of early Catholic Scripture Commentaries compiled by St. Thomas Aquinas.

Modesty Homemade Chapel Veils — In keeping with tradition, the women of many traditional Catholic communities cover their heads in church out of respect for the Blessed Sacrament. This tradition is well-rooted in Catholic teaching (1 Corinthians 11: 5, 6, 10); yet sadly it is among the many devotional customs discarded after Vatican II. However, good Catholic women recognize the necessity of modesty in all things and lovingly follow the example of purity and modesty set by our Blessed Mother.

All of the veils we sell are homemade to bring you quality and variety. No special request will be denied as we hope to please all of our friends and customers.

Our Lady of the Rosary School is an internationally recognized Catholic correspondence school for children in grades pre-kindergarten through twelve. Our Lady of the Rosary School is more than just a school, however, it is an apostolate dedicated to saving the souls of children by giving them an opportunity to receive a truly Catholic education.

Our mission is to help parents teach their children their Holy Catholic Faith in its entirety and we use academics to do it. We have been helping parents educate their children at home for over thirteen years. We provide parents with all the materials they need to give their children a sound well-rounded Catholic education which will provide a thorough preparation for further academic growth and development in their own home.

LumenGentleman Apologetics — The excellent apologetics section of Mr. Jacob Michael’s web site. Mr. Michael is a convert and committed traditionalist whose intelligent work deserves serious attention.

The Papal Encyclicals Online — This website offers Papal documents going back to the year 1226. Its value is likewise obvious.

The Summa Theologica of St. Thomas Aquinas — Yes, the complete English Edition in Five volumes by the Angelic Doctor is online. This is another important reference work.

Disclaimer: Again, the website on which The Summa Theologica resides is the New Advent website operated by Kevin Knight. We do not endorse the opinions and ideas expounded by New Advent and its proponents, due to their Liberal Catholic bend. For more on Liberal Catholics see our articles on Fr. William Most and other Right-Wing Liberals.

The Summa Contra Gentiles — An Annotated Translation (with some Abridgement) by Joseph Rickaby, S.J., M.A. This is the other great Summa of Saint Thomas Aquinas.

Disclaimer: This is posted on the website of the Jacques Maritain Center, with whom we obviously have large disagreements. This translation was made in 1905, however, and is therefore not replete with perverse philosophy.

The Catholic Encyclopedia — Early this century the time was ripe for the original Catholic Encyclopedia. As general encyclopedias were published in the early 1900s it became evident that subjects of special interest to Catholics were either ignored entirely or scantily or erroneously treated. A board of five editors from various universities and publishers was organized in January 1905. Together, they produced the original Catholic Encyclopedia. Hilaire Belloc described it as “one of the most powerful influences working in favor of the truth.” Even the Protestant press favored the encyclopedia, recommending it as the “greatest work undertaken for the advancement of Christian knowledge since the days of Trent.”

Disclaimer: The website on which The Catholic Encyclopedia resides is the New Advent website operated by Kevin Knight. While we in no way endorse the opinions and ideas expounded by New Advent and its proponents, due to their Liberal Catholic bend. However, we post this link to the Catholic Encyclopedia because it is an excellent source of reference for many things regarding our Faith and the Church.

The Documents and Decrees of all the Ecumenical Councils of the Church — No description is necessary for these incredible resources.

Disclaimer: These documents are a part of the Medieval Sourcebook, the editor of which posts pro-sodomite filth elsewhere on the web, and has a clear bias in his commentaries in the Sourcebook. We obviously have no wish to promote his thinking, but would merely like to see more people studying the official teachings of the Church.

The Documents and Decrees of the Council of Trent — We here offer a separate link to the Documents of that Council which condemned Protestantism.
