Mexico City, Feb. 20, 2008 (CWNews.com) – ABC newspaper reports that 20 homosexual activists from three different gay-rights organizations in Monterrey, Mexico, have asked immigration authorities to expel Spanish psychiatrist Aquilino Polaino for teaching that homosexuality is a sickness.
A spokesman for the group, Maria Aurora Mota, stated, “Professor Polaino has dedicated part of his life to telling society that homosexuality is a pathology. The World Health Organization established in 1990 that homosexuality is not a sickness.”
Doctor Polaino is a professor at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, the top public university in Spain.
