LifeNews.com: Gov. John Lynch has upset pro-lifers in New Hampshire by vetoing a bill that would ban partial-birth abortions in the state. The bill would allow New Hampshire to better enforce the federal law banning them.
In his veto message, Lynch wrote that the bill was too onerous and potentially life-threatening, even though it would save the lives of unborn children and despite the fact that the second-trimester abortion procedure is never necessary to save the life of the mother. More on this here.
