I didn’t think Malta had any homosexual activists. Well, at least this one is logically honest. Hate to see you go, Dr. Attard, but you’ve been gone a long time already. You’re just now realizing that you are not a Catholic? At least you realize it. Your self-imposed sentence does not have to last forever. If you have conscience enough to be honest, may you have conscience enough to repent of your sins and come back home.
CNA reports: Dr. Attard claimed the Pope made “outrageous comments” that “can only spread intolerance and hatred towards the gay minority.”
“I do not want the government to assume I am part of this hate-preaching organization just because I was baptized… there is no choice but to excommunicate myself publicly from this power and money-hungry institution.”
