Who Am I?

1. My husband and I are prominently featured in one of the Gospels.
2. A great mystery was revealed to me and I was the first among men to proclaim it.
3. My son’s mission was foretold by Isaias the prophet. 
4. My son was the greatest of prophets and a martyr.
5. My son is prominently featured in all the gospels and is also mentioned in Acts. 
6. My son is invoked eight times in the Ordinary of the Latin Mass (if we include the 2nd Confiteor of the altar server) and is mentioned once more at the end of Mass.
7. My name is Hebrew and means “God hath sworn”. It has always been among the most popular names for girls.
