I haven’t yet read the text of the decision, but Deacon Fournier of Catholic Online was impressed with it, so for a secular court issuance it must be good.
In a unanimous decision in Case # 2008AP1868, styled William C. McConkey v. J.B. Van Hollen (in his role as Attorney General), the Supreme Court of Wisconsin did the right thing.
